Whisper & Flash LLC – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: February 14, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Whisper & Flash LLC website and any services provided by Whisper & Flash LLC (“Whisper & Flash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Whisper & Flash provides photo booth rental and event experience services for weddings, schools, corporate events, and private celebrations.

By booking our services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein and in your signed service agreement.

Booking & Payment

To reserve your event date, a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.

Event dates are not secured until both the agreement and retainer are received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to approval.

Additional fees may apply depending on timing and event changes..

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide adequate space for booth setup
• Ensure access to power within reasonable distance
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Obtain any necessary venue approvals

For school or youth events, the Client is responsible for obtaining any required parental or media consent forms for minors.

Equipment Use & Damages

The photo booth and related equipment must be used responsibly.

Client assumes responsibility for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional harm by guests.

Repair or replacement costs may be billed accordingly.

Image Usage & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event, Whisper & Flash LLC may use photographs or video content captured during events for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

Clients who prefer that their event images remain private must notify Whisper & Flash in writing before the event date.

Service Interruptions

Whisper & Flash is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Power outages
• Venue restrictions
• Severe weather
• Acts of God
• Circumstances beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

Whisper & Flash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the contracted services.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, designs, and materials are the property of Whisper & Flash LLC and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to Terms

Whisper & Flash reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
